e’re looking for a Head ofMarketingto lead Simpler’s marketing strategy and customer acquisition efforts.
In this role, you will take ownership of scaling Simpler’s positioning across key markets, driving impactful, data-driven campaigns, and leading both internal teams and external agencies to deliver on growth objectives.
You’ll be at the forefront of our marketing operations, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and external partners to align our marketing efforts with business goals.

ey Responsibilities.
Lead Marketing Strategy.
Own and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
gency Management.
Oversee relationships with external agencies to ensure that campaigns are aligned with company goals and executed efficiently.
artnerships & Growth.
Collaborate with external partners to amplify Simpler’s reach, develop strategic partnerships, and create new growth opportunities.
ross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and brand positioning.
ulti-Channel Campaigns.
Lead marketing efforts across channels including paid search, paid social, display, content marketing, and email.
ata-Driven Decision Making.
Analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously optimise for ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
rand Growth.
Ensure Simpler’s brand is recognised and trusted across key European markets, developing marketing assets that resonate with diverse audiences.
What You Will Do.
Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy, with a strong focus on scaling customer acquisition in key European markets.
anage internal marketing teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and driving results.
artner with the product and sales teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies for new product features.
rovide leadership in brand building and customer acquisition, creating a robust pipeline of leads and nurturing them through the funnel.
se data and analytics to inform decisions, identifying areas of improvement and adjusting strategies to maximise effectiveness.
Preferred Skills and Experience.
8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and growth strategies.
roven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving growth in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
xperience managing external agencies and working with cross-functional internal teams.
trong analytical skills with a deep understanding of metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI.
xpertise in digital marketing across paid search, paid social, display, email, and content marketing.
eadership experience, with the ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
luent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
xperience in e-commerce, fintech, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
