What you'll need.
Strong academic foundation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Data science expertise.
8-10 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing and deploying predictive models.
Leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
Technical proficiency.
Expert-level knowledge of Python, SQL, R, and big data technologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
