What's the role As Head of Construction Project Management at Hilti Denmark, you will lead a team of experienced Construction Project Managers, oversee a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects, and shape our project management strategy.

What does the role involve? As Head of Construction Project Management, your leadership will be essential in ensuring the success of our project portfolio, while aligning efforts with Hilti’s commercial objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include.
-  Team leadership.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Construction Project Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.
-  Portfolio and financial ownership.
Oversee a portfolio of the largest construction projects in Denmark, ensuring close partnerships with building owners, specifiers and contractors, while owning the P&L for the portfolio.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance profitability.
-  Customer-focused leadership.
Lead the project manager team in aligning with customer needs and cultivating long-term partnerships that position Hilti as a trusted advisor.
-  Cross-functional collaboration.
Work closely with other sales functions in Denmark and abroad, logistics, engineering and other functions to integrate our products and services into key projects and ensure seamless project execution.
-  Risk management and compliance.
Identify potential project risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them, ensuring all projects comply with Hilti’s global standards and regulations.
-  Forecasting and reporting.
Provide regular project and financial reports to senior leadership, with insights and recommendations to steer strategy.
-  Stakeholder management.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction across the project lifecycle.
-  Strategic execution.
Define and execute the strategy for your team and project portfolio (project selection, desired share of wallet, focus applications, etc.), ensuring alignment with Hilti’s broader strategic objectives.

What you need is.
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience, with demonstrated success in project management, construction, or sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in managing diverse, cross-functional teams and delivering results in complex projects.
A commercial mindset with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
