HEAD HOUSEKEEPER POSITION - EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED Beginning ASAP About the Villa The villa is located in Antibes.
It is privately owned.
This is a secondary home.
The family is very nice and respectful, willing to find a candidate on a long term basis.
This is aLIVE INposition.
You will have your own accommodation in the form of an independent apartment on the owner's property.
There is a separate entrance to access the apartment.
urther information regarding the dedicated accommodation will be shared orally.
The project We are looking for oneHeadHousekeeperready to start working towards the beginning of ASAP.
f course, the owners are conducting aproper recruitment process to find THE candidate.
The workload will be less intense in the absence of the owners, and a little more intense in their presence.
lexibility is hence a key factor in this case, however, the management is extremely fair in terms of adjusting your total working hours over the period of a month.
You will be in-charge of doing the housekeeping and the laundry.
From time to time and especially when the owners or their family are in the Villa, you will need to give a hand in the service.
This is family style service, therefore we are expecting an informal style of service.
For the Housekeeping.
You will be in-charge of vacuuming/cleaning floors, carpets, surfaces, etc.
ou will be in-charge of making the beds, changing linens, setting up the bedrooms and bathrooms, etcYou will be in-charge of cleaning/sanitising bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and counter-topsYou will be in-charge of replenishing toiletries, towels, supplies, etcEnsuring the main areas as corridors, living rooms are always dusted, tidy and well organised in accordance to the owner's habits.
Most importantly, we would like a Housekeeper who understands the habits of the owners and their way of living.
For the Laundry.
You will be in charge of all the clothes and linen when the family is in the villa, and other household linen such as towels, bathrobes, bath mats, bed sheets, pillowcases, kitchen cloth, table cloth, etc.
ou will be in charge of washing them and cleaning them, removing possible stains, drying them, etc.
ou will also be in-charge of ironing the linen, checking that they are in a perfect state before folding them in wardrobes or putting them on hangers in the dressings.
ou will be in charge of cleaning the wardrobes and the dressings.
ou will be in charge of putting the clothes and the linen within the proper wardrobes and dressings.
ou will be in charge of putting/changing the bedsheets on all the beds, depending on the frequency given by the owners.
The beds must always be immaculate and in a perfect state.
ou will also be in charge of contacting the dry cleaners for specific clothes that can not be washed by hand or in a washing machine but need specific treatment and ask them to come and collect them.
For Service.
(when needed and when the owners, family and guests are in the Villa) You will be in-charge of meal services - you will prepare the breakfast, and you will assist Madam to prepare meals such as lunch and dinner.

revious experience as a housekeeper or as a Housekeeper is MANDATORY.

ou are amultitasking personandflexible, able to follow the processes that are already implemented and able to be reactive when facing something unusual.
ou are asmiling and positive person, you respect confidentiality and you are trust-worthy anddiscreet.
You have a positive attitude generally speaking and you have a great sense of human relationship, communication comes with an ease.
ou are organized and you know how to prioritize your tasks during the day, you equally know how to balance different rhythms, especially winter/autumn compared to summer season and especially when the Villa is occupied/unoccupied.
ou are always on time and present well, you make sure that your appearance is always clean and professionalYouMUST speak French.
ouMUST have a driving licenseas you can not access the Villa easily, public transport option can not be considered.
ou DO NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD, you are honest and trustworthy.
Salary.
euros net / month Contract.
French CDI contract LIVE IN position.
Independent Private Apartment on the Property 2 days off Weekends off when the owners are not around and flexibility is required when they are in the Villa, you will have one day off during the week and you will catch up on the following weeks.
