This position will be key in assuring High-Power Design.
What You'll Be Doing Develop requirement definition aligned with the customers.
Verification, characterization and documentation wrt procedures and standards & Responsible for managing time estimation of design activities.
Provide Hardware support for any new development and improving the existing/upcoming designs.
Optimizing EMC measurements and duration tests.
Draft schematic and layout in an accurate way.
Monitoring and maintaining the safety, quality of products and writing tests and development documentation.
Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.
What We're Looking For Experience / Education Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related degree.
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
Deep knowledge of power conversion topologies (DC-DC, AC-DC, and DC-AC).
Knowledge of critical parameters when selecting a MOSFET, IGBT, Diodes and thyristors.
Certification IPC, Battery Management.
Experience with Power Design (DC Converter).
Experience with high power electrification.
