By mitigating risks and preventing breaches, the Cybersecurity Analyst enhances IT security and strengthens operational resilience, delivering significant value through improved risk management and regulatory alignment.
Essential Functions and Key Accountabilities· Create, edit, and publish policies, procedures, and standards· Ensure compliance.
Ensure organizations adhere to regulations and internal controls· Drive the design and implementation of our risk management program· Maintain a comprehensive risk register· Attend Cybersecurity Audits (internal and external) about Information Security· Promote that all Cybersecurity initiatives are aligned with a risk methodology· Conduct Risk Assessments· Develop KPIs (regulatory and maturity-based) to measure Governance, Risk and Compliance· Monitor regulatory and industry changes to assess their impact on the organization.· Develop and present insightful reports to managementExperienceFrom 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Cybersecurity (Must)at least 5 years working in IT Environments (Must)Manage Cybersecurity applications (Must)English 90% (Must)In OT or Manufacturing environments (Preferred)Information Security Management System (ISMS).
