GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our creative team as Graphic Designer.
The successful candidates will be responsible for developing visual content in various formats, understanding client needs, and ensuring design consistency across different platforms.
This role requires strong creativity,effective communication skills, and proficiency in design software.
Job Responsibilities Design Creation.
Develop visual content in various formats such as logos, brochures, info graphics, illustrations, web graphics, etc., using software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, other design tools.

Generate creative ideas and concepts that meet the client's brief while considering design principles like layout, typography, color theory, and imagery.

Work closely with other team members, including marketers, copywriters, and other designers, to ensure design consistency across various platforms and campaigns.

Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet their expectations.

Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to maintain a high standard of work and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver high-quality designs within set timelines.

Assist in developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency in visual elements across all mediums to reinforce the brand's identity.

Clearly communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationales effectively to both clients and team members.

Be adaptable and flexible in handling different design projects, industries, and client preferences.
Job Requirements Graduate or equivalent qualification in Graphics design.
Previous 1 - 2years of relevant experience or Fresher's are also welcomed.
andidate should have in-depth knowledge about the various graphic software’s which are used for 2D & 3D motion graphics.
hould be able to work under creative & challenging circumstances.
hould have a good hold on Kannada template creations for daily news updates.
ust be an actively involved team member who can deliver the creative on time & within the deadlines.
here needs to be understanding of which licensed software has to be installed, for crafting 3D animation, 2D animation, motion graphics creation, GFX template creation.
hould be able to act on the feet & have clear obliging & incorporation of creative changes that are asked for in the process.
