GRAPHIC DESIGNER

This is an inoffice position to work in our Tulum office

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity to join one of the worlds most prestigious real estate brands, now expanding its presence to Tulum. We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Website Graphic Designer who will play a crucial role in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop designs for digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, banner ads, social media images, and other promotional graphics.
Maintain and update digital graphics and layouts, ensuring website and marketing materials remain fresh and current.
Design and optimize content for the companys social networking accounts
Participate in the creation of branding materials, providing creative input and ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
Assist in the creation of new frameworks and components, and supporting and troubleshooting existing sites
Use your CSSHTML skills to execute design plans and build the website based on the companys needs and goals
Design and create graphics for the website, ensuring they are visually appealing, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for web performance.
Knowledge of user experience UX design principles and responsive web design practices
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic design or relevant
2 years of experience in web design and graphic design
Real estate design background preferred
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Figma, JavaScript, HTML CSS
Excellent design and storytelling skills
Experience with motion graphics is a plus
Be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment, managing various deadlines and competing priorities
