the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
what you will do.
• coordinate and expedite the flow of orders with graphics between various departments, ensuring tat requirements met.
• work in alignment with global order management teams.
• communicate production status, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders, including global order mgt teams and global graphic operations.
• identify bottlenecks or potential delays in the production process and propose solutions to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.
• maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports and communicate back to relevant teams.
• monitor production schedules as necessary to meet changing demands and prioritize urgent orders on request.
• continuously evaluate and improve graphic/production processes and procedures to optimize cx.
