Job Summary We are seeking a Process Specialist - Tech Supp with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Speaking English and MS Excel along with domain expertise in Content Strategy and Social Media Marketing.
This hybrid role requires a native Spanish speaker with excellent reading writing and speaking abilities.
The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities Manage and optimize content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and growth.
Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content development.
Create and maintain documentation for processes and best practices.
Assist in the development of training materials and sessions for team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Utilize language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and partners.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Speaking English and MS Excel.
Demonstrate expertise in Content Strategy and Social Media Marketing.
Be a native Spanish speaker with excellent reading writing and speaking abilities.
Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Have a strong understanding of market research and trend analysis.
Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications Required Certified Social Media Marketing Professional Microsoft Office Specialist.
