What's the role? We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, multi-lingual, post-graduate talents to take our company forward.
Hilti Outperformer Trainee Program is a global management development program like no other, with international projects, functional rotations and lots of exposure to senior management along the 2-year journey.
Upon program completion, participants are primed for managerial positions within our Hilti global network.

Hilti North Asia Global Outperformer Trainee Program is a two-year program that centers around our customer-focused business approach, preparing you for a global leadership career.
It is challenging and fast-paced, but we'll give you close coaching and mentoring.
There are four primary work stages in the program.
12 months as an account manager in home country 2 months on local accounting in home country 4 months on regional finance project in regional headquarters 6 months on strategic financial project in another region "I am deeply impressed by Hilti's caring culture.

You’ll also take part in some fascinating courses and events.
Leadership training – a course at a renowned European business school Business management training – development training at Hilti focusing on business knowledge, leadership styles and communication skills to unleash your personal strengths Global summit – 4-5 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein to deep-dive into global business units, polish your soft skills, as well as network with our senior management and Outperformer peers Social project – 7-8 days of house building project to improve life conditions for those in needs What you need is.
You hold a master's degree (accounting, finance, business administration or international management).
You are a multilingual talent, fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin/Japanese/Korean.
You have gained international experience through your work or studies and have spent between 3 months to 2 years in a professional environment.
You enjoy learning and are mature, assertive, curious and dedicated.
You are a flexible team player, with good communication, social skills, and enthusiasm to inspire others.
You are internationally mobile, a global thinker who appreciates diverse cultural experiences and the opportunity to work abroad.
