Somebody who has Strong Tech PM background Experience with Data Governance, SLAs and Service Now Experience being a power user of ServiceNow is a distinct bonus Good communication skills - Ability to interact with lines of business Solid and demonstrable understanding of NTFS permission theory Work independently to get job completed in a timely manner and meet SLAs Able to work with email, Excel, Teams, and Word Strong attention to detail Service Now or other ticketing system knowledge Very good command of English, both spoken and written Soft skills.
