As a G2M Business Process Specialist, you will be part of the Product Marketing Business Process Management Team where you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our global go-to-market business process deliverables, ensuring seamless standardization, and driving continuous improvement.
As a go-to person, you will own change management, establish critical interfaces, and foster knowledge sharing within our marketing communities.
In your new role, you will.
Manage a segment of global go-to-market business process deliverables.
Ensure adaptability and standardization of process deliverables across all divisions Own change management of process deliverables.
Own process improvements.
Establish an  interface between a go-to-market process and go-to-market deliverables processes Own and maintain process documentation and trainings Act as a go-to person for go-to-market business process.
Foster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communities Support global projects As a highly skilled and ambitious professional, you bring together exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and outstanding communication abilities to drive business success.

You are best equipped for this task if you have.
A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field of studies At least 5 years of work experience in Business Process Management Experience in Marketing processes management Experience in the Semiconductor or High-tech Industry Experience in data analysis and reporting would be plus Experience in Project Management would be a plus Fluency in English (mandatory) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
