Key Requirements We start each day with a standup at 8am Pacific Time and typically wrap up around 7PM Pacific Time.
3-5 years of experience shipping products as a software engineer.
If you have less experience but a lot of drive and the right mindset, we want to talk to you.
Experience working in a startup, or a serious commitment to growing into it.
You will grow the size of this company 10% when you join, and you’ll be in stand-ups every day with the whole company including the CEO.
You’ll be 1/3 of the technical talent.
If this all sounds strange and uncomfortable to you, this might not be the right fit.
Strong skills in TypeScript and JavaScript and experience with React and Node.

Experience building for the iOS app store, and with React Native, is a huge plus.
Excitement about integrating AI into your workflow and using AI tools every day.
Cursor, Void, Co-Pilot, Codium — if you aren't using tools to augment your abilities, this won't work.
We require the output speed these tools enable.
Willingness to work across the stack, with a slight preference for back-end experience.
Solid English communication skills—we want someone who can contribute actively to our discussions, not just on the technical side but in shaping our culture and direction.
Location We’re looking for engineers based in Latin America, and able to hold a steady Pacific Time Zone working lifestyle.
