Your Key Responsibilities Carrier Coordination.
Book trucks and manage carrier schedules to guarantee timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Customer Quotations.
Provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers, ensuring pricing transparency and customer trust.
Seamless Communication.
Manage a high volume of emails and calls, maintaining clear, professional communication with carriers, drivers, and customers.
Shipment Tracking.
Use our freight management software, Easy Loader, to monitor shipments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Problem Resolution.
Take proactive steps to address and resolve issues that arise during the shipping process, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
The Profile What You’ll Need to Succeed Proven Experience.
Background in freight dispatching or logistics, with a deep understanding of the transportation industry.
Negotiation Skills.
Confidently negotiate with carriers and stakeholders to secure the best terms for our shipments.
Organizational Expertise.

Top-Notch Communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a clear and professional accent.
Tech Savvy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with freight management tools (experience with Easy Loader is a bonus).
