FINANCIAL SYSTEMS SENIOR ANALYST (R)

RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement Workday Prism Analytics functionality • Build and maintain prism data pipelines • Design and implement data solutions • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets • Build and maintain Workday Reports for Prism Analytics, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports • Review Workday updates and releases cycles – Identify, recommend, and track opportunities for process and operational improvements • Assist in the development of business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering postproduction support • Liaise with Internal/External Audit regarding SOX and internal controls related matters • Manage day to day system/operations issues and set priorities for resolution • Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements • Support Workday users by troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and assisting in the creation of documentation as needed • Strive to improve your own, as well as our common ways, of working – everyday – in candid collaboration with your team and all members of the company   REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science Computer Engineering or related fields • 4-5+ years’ overall industry experience • 1-2 years’ professional experience supporting a Finance/Accounting organization • Knowledge of Prism pipeline development and data preparation in Workday Prism Analytics a plus • Experience in creating Workday Reports • Ability to read and write SQL queries • Strong ETL concepts, processes, and business objects data services experience • Demonstrated analytical skills • Experience with complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects in addition to understanding core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods a plus • Ability to effectively design scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configuration • Workday Financial Partner Certification(s) a plus • Workday Pro Certification(s) in a relevant track a plus   #LI-REMOTE #LI-LD1 We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants for employment opportunities without regard to race, age, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status or any other category protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.
