Maintains customer and site financial transactions and processes by implementing process automation and/or standardization to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
Executes development initiatives and provides systems and operational oversight and support.
Leverages tools such as Microsoft BI, Oracle/JDE, MS Excel, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Python, SQL Server, Google Workspace, and automation tools to integrate systems and streamline processes Key Job Accountabilities.
Execution and Maintenance.
Support the development, execution and maintenance of Financial Analysis Systems including UI path, Power Query, Microsoft BI, JDEdwards and related subsystems.
Leverage data analytics to provide recommendations for financial analysis system enhancements.
Understanding of relational and multi-dimensional databases and structures and familiarity with Programming skills such as Python, SQL syntax and querying.
Prepare reports in user-friendly formats to aid in decision-making and analysis of key financial metrics.
Develop tools to support process standardization, create and provide training to aid AMER finance understanding of provided solutions.
System Documentation.
Maintain accurate documentation of all Financial Analysis Systems to a level sufficient to recreate the systems in part or in whole to current operating version.
Other Qualifications.
Ability to collaborate and influence team members without direct authority.
Independent thinking and sound judgment.
Fluent in Google Workspace (App Sheet, App Script JavaScript and Gemini) or MS Office products (Excel) Strong ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision.
Customer-focused and service-oriented.
