it is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial information and data, as well as maintaining the financial integrity of the company, in order to support strategic decision-making, process analysis, that contribute to the profitability and growth of the company.

· reviews and analyzes monthly financial statements, providing an analysis of variance of results against budget and forecast.
· review of the daily transactions carried out by the operations teams.
daily registration of invoices, inventories, purchase orders and transfers between companies, import-export reports.
· review and maintain standard cost of goods, balance sheet, and loss and response reports, in the sap system.
· review the spending practices of all departments, to ensure that the best possible practices are being followed.
· review, identify, and analyze trends in relevant expenses of the operation, such as freight, warehouses, customs duties, contractors, utilities.
· perform customer and product profitability analysis, and similar analysis for suppliers.
· it supports the weekly forecasting process, annual budget, reporting on additional impacts and risks.
· ensures together with division management the proper documentation and review for the effectiveness and profitability of all operations contracts, maintenance agreements, lease agreements, etc.
· supports the region's monthly closing process, ensuring that accounting activities comply with company policy and appropriate legal requirements, and that financial reporting is complete.
· reviews monthly reconciliations to ensure the integrity of divisions' balance sheets.
· performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
