What You’ll Do Keep Finances Running Smoothly.
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of bills.
Oversee accounts receivable by creating invoices, securing client deposits, and closing out payments upon project completion.
Maintain Accurate Financial Records.
Categorize all credit card and bank transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
Be the Client Liaison.
Communicate effectively with clients from the estimate approval stage through final payment, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every step.
Oversee Subscriptions and Equipment.
Maintain company subscriptions, warranties, and equipment financing to keep operations running efficiently.
Coordinate Internally.
Act as the go-to person for interdepartmental coordination and manage our CRM system to streamline project workflows.
The Profile What You’ll Bring to the Role QuickBooks Expertise.
You’re highly skilled in QuickBooks and financial record-keeping.
CRM Experience.
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus, and you’re comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets to stay organized.
Exceptional Communication Skills.
You excel in written and verbal English, ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members.
Organized Multitasker.
You thrive in managing multiple responsibilities with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proactive Problem-Solver.
