Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Administrar estrategicamente las operaciones de envasado y empacado de los productos, asegurando la entrega de KPI con apego a los estandares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia al menor costo, propiciando un ambiente de colaboración y asegurando el desarrollo de los colaboradores.
Responsabilidades.
Diseño y administración de los estandares y de la estrategia operativa que garanticen el cumplimento a las variables de eficiencia y servicio al negocio.
Creación e implementación de estandares de calidad, proyectos de mejora y automatización, así como aseguramiento de buenas practicas de manufactura en la operación.
Administración de los recursos materiales y humanos de la planta con eficiencia y eficacia, asegurando el menor costo de producción.
Promover la cultura de seguridad en la operación por medio del cumplimiento de procedimientos y estándares.
Desarrollar líderes de operación y líderes de linea por medio de experiencias, relaciones, entrenamientos que promuevan habilidades y promover su crecimiento profesional Formación Académica Deseada.
Ingenieria Quimica, Industrial o a fin Experiencia Deseada.
2 años en posición similar, de preferencia en industria cosmetica, alimenticia o similar.
Ingles avanzado Conocimiento técnico deseado.
Uso de SAP Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) GMP´s Contacto.
