Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infra.
Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows.
This role involves designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that align with our business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Provide technical expertise in Incident Management to quickly resolve issues and minimize downtime.
Manage the Service Desk operations to ensure timely and effective support for end-users.
Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management processes and improve service delivery.
Implement and manage Windows-based systems to ensure secure and efficient operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with other IT systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs configurations and procedures.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide training and support to IT staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance system reliability.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications Possess a strong background in Incident Management with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently.
Demonstrate expertise in managing Service Desk operations to provide excellent user support.
Have extensive experience with Service Now for IT service management.
Show proficiency in implementing and managing Windows-based systems.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
Certifications Required ITIL Foundation Microsoft Certified.
Windows Server Fundamentals ServiceNow Certified System Administrator The Cognizant community.
