About the Job About You Bachelor’s degree in Business Management equivalent or Associates degree Technology major (Computer Sciences preferred) Certification in Accounting (CPA or similar) – Preferred Bi-lingual (Spanish and English).
Excellent written and oral communications are a expected to drive various cross team partnerships.
Must be a team player and be able to build strong alliances in favor of the Technical solution.
Have excellent functional knowledge in SAP FICO, and high proficiency in GL, AR, and AP.
Have a penchant to unlock the best use-cases for system capabilities and helping end Subject Matter Experts realize their max potential.
Be responsible for the design Build, solutioning, troubleshooting, and provide Pros vs Cons analysis for various solution options.
The candidate is expected to build standard solutions themselves within S4 configuration and be able to prescribe the technical objects needed for enhancements when needed.
Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates, escalate issues, and seek approvals for major decisions General Ledger New GL functionalities - Parallel ledger/Global Chart of accounts/Country specific Chart of accounts/Experience in Multiple currency set ups/Multi GAAP requirements.
Tax set up/ reporting / Account determination/With holding tax set up.
Financial Closing Working with Interfaces (ALE/IDOC/PI-PO etc) Accounts Receivable and Payable solution build and deployment.
Strong experience in Integration with the other modules - PTP/OTC Intercompany accounting / reconciliation Payment methods, Payment files Compliance and Regulatory Requirements.
Exposure to E-invoicing – Must understand CFDI-4.
for Mexico, understand legal intricacies and SAPs solution for Mexico and other LATAM countries.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during audits and reviews for legal requirements-especially CFDI Asset accounting / Banking SAP Controlling Certification in S4 HANA Preferred ABAP-Basic understanding of ABAP/Debugging / read codes etc – Preferred.
Basic debugging skills is highly desirable.
Proficient in Spanish and English-writing/reading/verbal communication-Mandatory Ideal candidate will have roughly 15 years of experience, of which 8-10 years should be in hands on SAP implementations.
Implementation/Global template roll out of FICO module in a large / multi country set up in SAP ECC/S4 Production support/enhancements/projects with the ability to scale up and work in implementations.
Experience in working alongside globally located IT teams.
Experience in retail space/understanding of retail industry will be an advantage.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $XXX-$XXX.
