Job Duties and Qualifications Bajo supervision directa, compila estadisticas rutinarias o estandarizadas y prepara informes.
Trabaja con el coordinador de servicios durante la planificacion previa y la ejecucion del trabajo y mantiene registros sencillos.
Interactua con el personal del taller con respecto a la preparacion de herramientas y equipos para los trabajos.
Preparar planos de acuerdo con las especificaciones del cliente.
Promueve la conciencia de seguridad y la conciencia ambiental, y cumple con todos los procedimientos y regulaciones ambientales y de seguridad aplicables.
Garantiza el cumplimiento de las normas y directrices de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSE).
Promueve y participa activamente en el proceso de mejora de la calidad.
Requisitos.
Ingenieria Industrial, Administrativa, o afin al sector Oil and Gas.
Ingles intermedio.
Experiencia en areas administrativas, analisis de datos, seguimiento de KPI's, creacion, gestion y presentacion de informes y registros.
Trabajo en equipo y buena comunicacion con clientes internos y companeros de equipo.
Manejo de Power BI.
Excel avanzado Disponibilidad de tiempo y movilidad.
