A key part of your role will involve managing reception duties, including handling incoming calls, assisting guests, and overseeing visitor registration.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, you will be responsible for coordinating office supplies, supporting administrative tasks, and managing mail distribution and courier services.
You will also liaise with security and office support teams to ensure a smooth and organized workplace.

What does the role involve? As a Facilities & Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
A key aspect of your role will be managing reception duties, including answering and directing calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and overseeing the registration process to ensure a seamless front office experience.
Beyond reception, you will also coordinate office supplies, manage mail and courier services, and ensure the reception area remains well-maintained.
Additionally, you will work closely with the facilities team, security personnel, and office support staff to uphold workplace efficiency and safety.
Your responsibilities will extend to supporting administrative functions such as scheduling, document handling, and meeting room preparation.
Proactively monitoring office operations and escalating any concerns to the Office Manager will be key to maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment.

What you need is.
UAE National with a Family Book.
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
6 months to 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in English & Arabic (verbal and written); Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing personality.
High commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional presence.
