cope/Purpose of PositionThe EUC Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Engineer is a highly skilled technical specialist dedicated to enhancing the digital experiences of employees, with a primary focus on Nexthink.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all digital interactions are seamless, efficient, and contribute positively to the overall employee experience.
The DEX Engineer is responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of Nexthink, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
n this role, the DEX Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to design and implement innovative solutions that improve user satisfaction, productivity, and engagement.
The engineer will leverage their technical expertise to develop and deploy custom dashboards, automate processes, and integrate Nexthink with various systems to create a cohesive digital environment.
By continuously analyzing data and employee feedback, the DEX Engineer will proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
