ENTRY FINANCE PROFESSIONAL (T) JOB DETAILS | KELLANOVA

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Cash Management  team as a Entry Finance Professional (Temporary).
You’ll be responsible for oversees the end to end of the invoice or credit note flow, since the reception through the posting accounting in the system (SAP).
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days at week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.
On the days you’re in the office, no matter which office you’ll be at, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands we’re all so proud to represent.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing    Invoice Workflow Management.
Follow up on invoice workflow, posting invoices, credit notes, and other documents into the SAP system for LATAM.
Metrics Reporting.
Elaborate metrics reports, accounting or administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory requirements.
Financial Understanding and Journal Entries.
Develop an understanding of the business elements connected to financial information and make the journal entries for TAT (Trade allowances).
Foreign trade invoicing.
Perform foreign trade invoices and carry out other activities related to your position as requested.
Credit Note Registration.
Register credit notes received and returns to suppliers.
We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversation SAP, MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point knowledge.
1 year of desirable experience in Finance, Accounting or Fiscal positions.
