We are looking for a talented TRAINER I to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our CUMMINS company in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways.
+ Support in the applications of certification questionnaires to operational personnel in the areas assigned to you.
+ Control of rooms, audiovisual equipment, computer among others.
+ Archiving, control and maintenance of training documentation.
+ Support in the generation of documents required during training.
+ Follow up of new personnel / seniority in the area.
+ Perform certifications and recertifications of personnel, as well as manage training matrices.
+ Perform monthly planning, according to the matrices handled.
**Qualifications** + To have 1 year of experience in similar positions.
+ Application of certification questionnaires to operating personnel in assigned areas.
+ Control of rooms, audiovisual equipment, computer among others.
+ Experience in Microsoft Office / basic Excel.
+ At least 12 months since last promotion.
+ Excellent punctuality and attendance record in the last 12 months (No reprimands or suspensions).
+ Shift.
