Incluye la preparación de reportes estadísticos y administrativos Duties and Responsibilities * Planeación y control del plan de producción diario y mensual área de Fundicion * Coordinación y administración del personal a su cargo * Coordinación con el resto de las áreas productivas * Desarrollo e implementación de mejoras en el área y/o procesos * Coordinación con los departamentos de servicio (Mantenimiento, Tool Room, RH, etc.) * Reportes semanales, mensuales y anuales propios del puesto * Actividades de 5's y Seguridad industrial propios del puesto Skills and Experience 3 a 5 años en una posición similar (Fundicion de Aluminio) Bilingüe.
