Your role as Assembly Technical Engineer.
Delivery & Service.
Deliver validation processes for current and future Assembly projects.
Lead and issue installation (IQ), qualification (OQ) plans, reports, and schedule.
Lead and issue all the documentation package (Tech Doc) related to Assembly projects.
Lead and issue Technical Memorial Description documents related to Assembly projects.
Understand and interpretate the mechanical and electrical drawings related to Assembly.
Deliver the success criteria of projects related to Assembly, e.
g.
GPRM2, MTBF, MTTR.
Contribute with Platform on Vendor Acceptance Tests related to Assembly machines.
Contribute with VAT reports, Design & Construction checklist, Induced Failure Test, etc.
Be part of the Assembly Platform and understand/implement improvements locally.
Contribute with Platform/Vendor on Design reviews related to Assembly.
Support Operations with technical consultancy related to Assembly machine.
Be responsible for the Assembly Obsolescence program at the site.
Support the Technology Transfer & Training related to Assembly.
Safety and Quality.
Comply with Company safety requirements and local regulations from Mexico.
Follow CBA , and KEA Power standards.
Follow Change Management process of the site.
C ontribut e with Overall Risk Assessment related to Assembly m achine.
Capability and Moral.
Ensure 1.
with your manager.
Follow the Skill Matrix of the site.
Key player to guarantee the Good Manufacturing Practices in the manufacturing products.

Giving feedback on the change controls, during the design stage, owning the action plans derived from investigations of quality events, deviations, or nonconformities on the area of operations, and finally, respecting, and supervising compliance with the standards of cleanliness, behavior and clothing established in the different areas.

Recently graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, maximum 3 years confirmed experience in manufacturing roles.
