He/She will interface directly with customers to carry out inspection plans.
This individual will engage in data-driven improvement and sustainment initiatives.
He/She will design, write, implement, evaluate, and revise quality assurance procedures, statistical sampling techniques, quality plans, inspection and testing techniques and specifications.
He/She will also be responsible, independently or as part of a team, to provide thorough and practical solutions to technical problems through the application of Lean, Green Belt, and quality engineering tools.

ust possess 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience or a combination of 5+ years high pace manufacturing engineer experience.

ain responsibilitiesPerform quality engineering functions for specific phases of projects and programs to develop plans, flow charts, inspection methods, procedures and standards, including FAI, detailed instructions, check lists, sampling plans, classification of defects, etc.; to assure all products,data or services meet specified quality requirements.
ead and implement the FAI requirements as per customer specification, finalize documentation and present/submit to the customer during product transfers.
nsure that customer requirements are incorporated into product functional specifications and lead risk and failure analysis (PFMEA) to ensure functional specification requirements are fully met during process/design validation with suppliers.
etermine and approve inspection methods and ensure that the audits carried out meet the specifications required by the clients.
