The Recruiting and Onboarding team is committed to creating the most expansive culture in the world, and as part of that, we are looking for a full-life cycle recruiter for our Americas team.
This role is responsible for ensuring HP's recruiting/sourcing philosophy, strategies, programs & processes are executed for various Organizations within HP.
The qualified candidate will partner with the hiring managers and the HR Business Partners to regularly assess current and long-term talent requirements and develop and implement strategic, innovative sourcing solutions to identify the right skills and quantity of talent to achieve recruiting objectives.
Responsibilities include.
Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers within various organizations at HP; develops relationships with key leaders at the top of a business unit.
Consults with managers and the HRBP on the hiring process to develop a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates encompassing a diverse candidate pool.
Understands the business/culture/processes and key people who will be involved in the hiring processes.
Drives greater career movements across HP by pro-actively sourcing from HP internal talent pool.
Maximizes the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs, thereby reducing time/cost to hire, and increasing quality of candidates and employee engagement.
Provides advice to hiring managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policies.
Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy.
Assesses the efficiency of staffing tools, identifies gaps and presents opportunities to management.
Qualifications.
(required skills, experience, and education) First-level university degree preferred.
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience Experienced in sourcing, recruiting, and closing hard-to-find, passive professionals.
Strong knowledge of recruitment external market practices and trends in the technical area Solid experience and advanced skills in sourcing on job boards and social media outlets Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to analyze new solutions and long-term needs and solutions Ability to build partnerships across various businesses.
Ability to work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with clients, employees and HR colleagues Strong consulting skills Strong project management and prioritization skills Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Proficient with Applicant Tracking systems - WorkDay Recruiting experience a plus Skills & Competencies Results driven, very high sense of urgency Able to deal with ambiguity/ changing landscape Able to balance strategic & operational aspects of the role Exceptional virtual team, people leadership & influencing skills Autonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver - makes things happen Expert analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively across all employee groups (executives, managers & employees) Job - Human Resources Schedule - Full time Shift - No shift premium (Mexico) Travel - Not Specified Relocation - No Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) - HP, Inc.
