Process Automation Design & Implementation.
- Identify and evaluate business processes that can benefit from automation -  Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using SAP RPA tools, SAP BTP, and other integration technologies - Work with business teams to gather requirements, understand workflows, and recommend process improvements Integration of SAP Systems.
- Automate workflows across SAP modules (e.
., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, etc.) using robotic process automation (RPA) and other integration technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between SAP modules and automation solutions  Continuous Improvement.
- Continuously monitor and optimize automation solutions for better performance and efficiency - Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to reduce costs, time, and errors Documentation and Training.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and configurations - Provide training and support to end-users and teams on newly implmented automation solutions Troubleshooting & Support.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for automation solutions - Ensure the stability and reliability of automated workflows and systems Collaboration & Stakeholder Management.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, business analysts, and IT teams to design and implement automation solutions - Communicate automation strategies and benefits to senior leadership and key stakeholders Compliance & Governance.
- Ensure automation solutions are compliant with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and best practices - Implement appropriate controls and governance for automated processes to ensure accuracy and security Your expertise.
Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate (SAP RPA), SAP S/4HANA, or other process automation certifications 4+ years of experience in SAP automation, process integration, or a related field Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to SAP systems Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Pyhton, JavaScript or VBScript Expertise in SAP Intelligent RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and related automation tools.
Experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), particularly for process automation and integration.
SAP Modules and Systems Knowledge.
Proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori, etc.
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.
Familiarity with creating and managing bots, workflows, and scripts to automate business processes.
Experience with workflow automation and business rule management tools.
Strong understanding of BPA concepts and methodologies for identifying and automating repetitive tasks.
