HAT IS YOUR ROLEAs the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to Boldr's leadership, driving organizational success through people strategies.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to align People initiatives with business goals, ensuring Boldr remains a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Your focus will be on enhancing leadership effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and creating scalable solutions that support growth and development.
You will lead a team of dynamic business partners to ensure proactive engagement driving our organization forward in our mission to do good and do well while driving our belief that talent is everywhere but opportunity is not.
