We are seeking two Directors of Operations.
One for our Juarez 1 site and another for our Juarez 2 site.
We are open to both US and Mexico based employees.
The Director of Operations will oversee the Manufacturing of products, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities and staff.
hat Will You Do?Supervisory Responsibilities.
versees and participates in the recruitment, hiring, directing and coaching of the manufacturing site staff.
versees Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Cash, and assignments in order to meet all business KPI's.
onducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
andles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
ther Duties/Responsibilities.
esponsible for all plant operations and oversees the manufacture of products, ensuring safety, production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
eviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
nsures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with federal and state regulations, through collaboration with environmental, health, and safety staff.
ssists Regional Director with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.
rives deployment of systems to meet Lean Principles and methodologies.
dentifies and shares training opportunities for staff to build and improve skills.
rganizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.
orks with Finance manager to develop operating budget.
elivers progress and production reports to executive team members as requested.
upervises equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.
erforms other related duties as assigned.

xperience with new plant startups.
n-depth experience in lean implementation.
xtensive supply chain management.
trong experience in flow and materials management.
horough understanding of the policies and practices used in the manufacturing division.
