The Director of Finance is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division, while maintaining Hyatt Internationals high standards of Financial Management.

Respect Integrity Wellbeing Empathy Experimentation InclusionQualifications Minimum 5 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related disciplinePrior experience as a hotel property finance leader, preferably within a luxury complex resortProficient in complex accounting software, Microsoft applications, and relevant computer tools.
Deep experience with hotel financial reporting systems, policies and procedures, and management agreementsExperience with operating and financial agreements; demonstrated success in evaluating risks and developing proactive strategies and plans to mitigate business issuesExcellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
