In this role, you’ll manage marketing campaigns, promote podcasts, build personal brands, and support administrative and client management tasks.
You’ll also oversee day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, track performance, and contribute to content creation.
You should also be well-versed in  marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our clients reputation and growth.

Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, calls, email, calendars and travel.
Book client calls, media and speaking engagements and manage client updates and communications.
Assist with general administrative tasks to streamline daily operations.
Assist in preparing presentations, agendas and marketing materials for meetings.
Marketing Management.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies and creative content for marketing campaigns, personal brand, including social media profiles, speaking engagements, blog posts, and other marketing assets.
Create and execute content campaigns that drive sales and engagement.
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop Reels, video content, and graphics aligned with the client's brand.
Coordinate and manage podcast appearances, speaking engagements, bookings, travel, and promotion to event organizers.
Repurpose podcast episodes, blog content, and video clips across platforms.
Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and content.
Track and report on marketing metrics and performance (i.

open rates, click-through rates, list growth).
Project Management and Performance Analysis Oversee project timelines, resource allocation and task assignments to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives while adhering to deadlines.
Tracking all marketing efforts through relevant tools and social media analytics.
Generate monthly reports on marketing performance, project status, and brand growth metrics.
Leverage data to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, inform strategy adjustments and identify new marketing opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
