DESIGN MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead the integration of interior architecture and construction coordination. This role bridges creative vision with technical execution, ensuring the flawless delivery of luxury projects. As a key leader, youll oversee design development, construction documentation, and team coordination, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1 Design Leadership
Execute and oversee luxury design standards, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence.
Lead the development of interior architecture projects, aligning with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, architects, outside consultants and internal teams to refine design concepts and integrate innovative solutions.

2 Construction Coordination
Oversee and approve all interior drawings, ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction.
Review and manage construction documentation, including schedules, specifications, and shop drawings, ensuring alignment with design intent and installation plans.

3 Interior Selections and Specifications
Document all interior building elements for custombuilt homes, including tile, flooring, millwork, plumbing fixtures, and finishes.
Present design concepts and selections to clients, either independently or in collaboration with the Director.

4 Project Management
Create and manage project budgets and timelines for internal teams and external consultants.
Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively and ensuring timely delivery.
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with internal teams to align on project milestones.

5Quality Assurance
Conduct site visits to oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain design integrity.
Perform highlevel redlining of drawings, ensuring compliance with design standards, functionality standards and quality control.

2 Team Collaboration and Development
Develop, refine, and update workflows between interior design, architectural, and construction teams.
Mentor and manage team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Promote a positive team environment, encouraging communication and cohesion.

3 Innovation and Industry Expertise
Research and implement best practices, staying updated on industry trends and materials.
Ensure successful design and execution of all interior architecture while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
5 years of seniorlevel experience in luxury design, interior architecture, or project management.
Proven ability to design and manage all aspects of highend interior spaces.
Proficiency in design tools including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
Strong working knowledge of architectural construction drawings and material specifications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
100 proficiency in English.

Expertise in luxurylevel design with an acute eye for finishes, details, and quality control.
Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop.
