is seeking a Design Engineer to design and analyze digital and analog circuits in the development of memory products.
With over 43 years of experience, the company focuses on innovative solutions that range from technological development to product validation, in an inclusive and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Contribute to the design and optimization of memory circuits.
Evaluate and communicate best practices to DRAM teams.
Perform verification through modeling and simulation.
Oversee the physical design process and foster cross-group communication.
Drive innovation for future generations of memory.
Requirements.
Engineering degree (recent graduates, junior, mid, senior level, etc) Knowledge in CMOS circuit design and simulation tools (Spice, Verilog).
Ability to create optimal floorplans and verify design quality.
Excellent communication in English Preferred Qualifications.
Understanding of the ASIC design flow and experience in RTL development.
Differentiators.
Strong experience in memory design, communication skills, and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
