Key Responsibilities.
Strategies planning to accomplish the objectives.
Negotiation of Localization and savings to achieve Targets with Engineering and purchasing areas.
Presentation for activities progress reports to upper management.
Reporting – writing or presenting regular progress reports to manager.
Time management for making schedule of activities to control execution on time.
Complexity adaption for roadblocks that affect the objectives and propose c/m.
Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills to bring issues to closure quickly.
Project Administration.
Education.
Mechanic / Industrial / Mechatronic Engineer.
Previous work experience.
Experience in the Automotive Industry (Cost Reduction / Project Management / Product / Process Engineering / Manufacturing) Language.
English (Minimum 600 TOEIC) Computer Skills.
Data Base management.
Microsoft Office.
Excel (expert), Power Point (expert).
Desirable.
CAD Software (preferred NX, OK something similar) etc.
Competences.
Planning, negotiation, leadership, continuous learning, team working skills, adaptability Problem solving, analytical thinking.
Availability to travel.
