DESIGN ENGINEER 1- CONNECTED SERVICES TEST ENGINEER

The test engineer will be responsible for cross carline benchmarking to provide recommendations to standardize parts and logic to the global teams, target setting for Infotainment and Connected Car features, testing to confirm customer acceptance of Infotainment and Connected Car systems, and understanding MEX customer requirements from a vehicle ownership experience.
Interest in data analysis is mandatory to ensure the voice of the customer is considered for decision-making.
The test engineer will support a variety of projects and will be required to report results in a clear and concise manner with facts, data, and benchmarking.
Job Responsibilities.
Benchmarking of competitive IVI and connected car systems in addition to consumer electronics to provide market trend analysis of customer expectations Identify key performance attributes and feature requirements to be adopted to Nissan products to maximize the HMI/GUI ease of use Defining the essential factors to both improve attractiveness of Nissan products and reduce customer dissatisfactions.
Investigation, database analysis, reports.
Collecting & Analyze 3rd-party customer survey data to support system requirements and predictions of future system performance Plan and support testing (physical and software-based), validation, and verification of IVI and Telematics systems, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and overall system qualification Ability to present project updates & summary reports within design and test engineering Education.
Bachelor’s Degree in technical innovation, mechatronics, electronics, Industrial engineering.
Previous work Experience.
Experience in market trend investigation, Vehicle Infotainment evaluation, customer interviews, user study setup and analysis, agile software understanding & process development.
Required knowledge.
Vehicle knowledge, its systems and components.
Skill vehicle driving.
Language.
English Fluent conversation; Toeic ≥ 700 points Computer skills.
Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Figma, Adobe XD, Confluence, Java, Android OS, etc.
Competences.
Leadership skills Planning Communication Negotiation Networking Proactivity Availability to travel.
Preferable.
Active passport and VISA.
