DEMAND PLANNER

Demand Planner Responsibilities.
Lead the S&OP process with division leaders to ensure effective and aligned planning with organizational objectives.
Develop and manage the 6-month demand plan, ensuring accuracy and operational continuity.
Provide support to the sales team through reports, pre-analysis, meetings, and calls to align the forecast.
Oversee the management of phase-in and phase-out codes in coordination with relevant departments.
Review production capacities and product monetization to optimize resources.
Identify and manage obsolete materials to prevent accumulation in the warehouse.
Analyze and track forecast accuracy (FA) and bias KPIs for improved decision-making.
Requirements.
Previous experience in demand planning, S&OP, and inventory control.
Strong knowledge of KPI analysis and strategic planning processes.
Proficiency in cross-departmental coordination and systems related to material and inventory management.
