is looking for a Data Scientist (Analytics) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.

We seek a Data Scientist who challenges every data point and is eager to understand the 'why' behind the 'what.' You naturally create KPIs in your personal life to measure progress and confidently present and defend your methodologies to a technical audience.

Requirements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
3-5+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or Data Analyst role, preferably focusing on marketing or advertising analytics.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
Proven experience in developing and implementing data quality control processes.
Strong understanding of translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Strong knowledge of Python and familiarity with enterprise-level data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sisense.
Will be a plus.
Experience with social media analytics, particularly in the context of influencer marketing.
Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities.
Develop and execute a cohesive data analytics strategy across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, & Pinterest.
Define and measure key influencer marketing metrics relevant to internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with technical leadership to shape and implement the long-term analytics vision for the company.
Ensure the data's accuracy, consistency, and scalability through robust quality control processes.
Apply machine learning algorithms to enhance data insights related to influencers.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business decision-making.
Build and maintain data architectures and analytics tools, facilitating smooth data flow and integration.
Partner with product, development, and design teams to resolve data-related technical issues and meet infrastructure needs.
Utilize business intelligence tools to create detailed reports that aid in decision-making across the organization.
