We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Python with a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights.
This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our business operations and contribute to our overall success.
-Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence and Python to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleansing procedures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models algorithms and analysis processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and artificial intelligence to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with IT and engineering teams to deploy data-driven solutions into production environments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data science within the organization.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-Possess a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Python with proven experience in developing and implementing data models.
- Have a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Demonstrate experience in working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
- Show proficiency in designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
- Have experience in ensuring data quality and integrity through robust validation and cleansing procedures.
Certifications Required.
