This role requires foundational knowledge in data science, operations research, and business understanding, and a willingness to stay updated on current advancements to aid in the organization’s strategic initiatives effectively.
Job Description Contribute to the implementation of the DSOR Enablement function.
Support DSOR initiatives by assisting with data-driven solutions that improve business processes.
Assist in setting priorities for DSOR projects and support their execution from hypothesis to deliverable.
Work with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
Help design user-centric products that align with business goals and enhance decision-making.
Communicate DSOR concepts to team members and stakeholders.
Help track project progress and support project milestones.
Participate in the development of best practices for the DSOR discipline.

Basic project management skills and the ability to support project activities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with data science and operations research tools and methodologies.

Basic understanding of Agile, scrum, or other software development methodologies.
Knowledge of program and/or product management disciplines Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
[Advanced degree preferred.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE.
Two (2) years of experience in working with teams in analytics, data science, operations research, engineering or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in managing teams and executing complex projects.
Practitioner or practitioner-adjacent experience in analytics, data science, operations research, or a related fields inclusive of prototyping and rapid experimentation.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations.
If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level.
Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
