The role    Ensuring that all data is prepared and transmitted/uploaded to the OneOcean   Data Servers in an accurate and timely manner.
The re-supply of data to end-users when required.
Ordering and distribution of digital product licenses.
Carrying out regular quality checks on data both pre & post-delivery.
Maintaining accurate records regarding the availability of data delivery systems.
To liaise with data suppliers in order to ensure correct delivery and format of data.
Maintaining master databases and ensuring all data is backed up.
Maintaining accurate procedures.
To manage daily data delivery checks.
Provide guidance to OneOcean Support teams in regard to data delivery issues or questions on data/services raised by customers.
Any other activity associated with the above role.
What you bring   Great oral and written communication skills in English.
GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Experience and good familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and the Office suite.
Ability to work for lengthy periods of time under own initiative.
Scanning documents.
XML and web documents.
Customer service activities (not necessarily technical).
A general technical awareness.
This role is highly visible and critical to the daily operation of OneOcean.
It is essential that the holder of this role is able to work conscientiously and diligently.
A highly structured approach is required for some aspects of this job.
A high degree of flexibility is required as well as adopting a customer-focused attitude.
Work outside of normal hours may be required as part of this role.
