s a Data Entry Operator at Ricci & Associates, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems.
Your role is essential in ensuring that our records are precise, up-to-date, and easily accessible for client services and internal operations.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of information across the organization.
ey Responsibilities.
Data Entry.
Enter and update client information, insurance policy details, and other relevant data into company databases with a high level of accuracy.
erify and correct data entries to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
aintain data integrity by following standard procedures for data entry and quality checks.
ocumentation Management.
Organize and manage digital and physical files, ensuring that all documentation is properly categorized and stored.
etrieve and provide information to other team members and departments as needed.
ssist in scanning, copying, and filing documents related to client accounts and insurance policies.
ata Quality Assurance.
Perform regular audits of data to identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors.
ork with team members to implement improvements in data entry processes and procedures.
nsure all data complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
eporting.
Generate and prepare reports from databases for management and other departments.
ssist in compiling data for internal and external reporting purposes, including regulatory compliance and client communications.
ollaboration and Support.
Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve data-related issues and ensure data consistency across the organization.
rovide general administrative support, including responding to emails, handling phone calls, and assisting clients with inquiries as needed.
articipate in special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
roven experience in data entry, preferably within the insurance industry.
roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with data entry software.
trong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
xcellent organizational and time-management skills.
bility to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.
asic understanding of insurance terminology and processes is advantageous.
