The role.
We are looking for a Data Analyst Technical Lead who will be part of this amazing and fast growing fintech.
This pivotal role serves as the bridge between our technical and business teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence, and will be passionate about fostering best practices and driving innovation within the team.
The professional will collaborate with the company's Data Strategy through the extraction of detailed business requirements and ensuring effective stakeholder alignment.
This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish and be willing to continue learning and loving technology.
What will I do? Ensure that the team’s data pipelines, models, and analyses are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
Act as a liaison between the technical and business teams to ensure that data solutions align with strategic objectives and business needs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects, ensuring they meet business goals and deadlines.
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
Help business executives in developing a clear and comprehensive conceptual representation of the business.
Ideal candidate.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data analysis.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline management.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.
., Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
