DATA ANALYST FOR PRODUCT (MX/ ARG)

The role.
We are looking for an Associate Product Analyst to be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech.
This candidate will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of products and services.
Their primary responsibility is to gather and analyze data related to product performance, market trends, and business objectives.
With a deep understanding of the product, a Product Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define insights and help Product Managers to define new features.
S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a willingness to continue learning about the company, are highly desirable attributes for this candidate.
What will I do? Data Analysis of the product performance.
Excel knowledge and Data Analysis, it means knowing how to make a case with data and SQL querying and understanding attribution problems are all essential.
Gather and analyze data from various sources to extract actionable insights  Responsible for tracking user problems to their origin.
Proposes solutions for business problems together with the team.
Support and help to maintain the short-term Product Roadmap.
Responsible for the definition and maintenance of KPIs.
Ideal Candidate.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, actuary, finance or engineering field.
3+ years of experience as Product Analyst.
Strong SQL knowledge.
Prior experience with different data visualization tools.
Good experience on Power BI platforms.
Desirable experience with credit card processing and/or credit card aggregation is a plus.
Adept at diving deep into the weeds with engineers while keeping the product vision in mind.
Advance Excel (Macros, Connections with database).
