Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Data Analysis and Project Management specialist to join our team and contribute to maximizing business results through complex data analysis and strategic project management.
This role combines precision skills and focus on details with a strategic business vision, as well as managing projects that meet objectives by influencing stakeholders of different viewpoints and hierarchical level.
YOUR TASKS • Develop analysis and apply data science techniques to interpret and translate data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Connect data, trends and collaboration with members of different teams leading to a complete understanding, as well as solid and relevant recommendations.
• Manage strategic projects by coordinating both the analysis and accuracy of data and deliverables from different stakeholders to ensure that objectives are met, including risk management.
• Implement and manage the automation of data analysis processes to improve efficiency.
• Interpret and communicate in a clear and simplified manner both the results of the analysis and the status and importance of the projects to diverse audiences, always with attention to detail and accuracy.
YOUR SKILLS Technical Requirements.
• Proven experience in data science.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint in a business environment.
Proficiency in data automation tools and complex analysis management.
• Experience in actionable analyses such as price elasticity, evaluation of the potential of an initiative, and return on investment.
• Ability to audit the validity of data and methodologies.
• Successful project management experience.
PMP type certifications in the field will be a plus.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with understanding the "big picture" in a dynamic environment.
Interpersonal Competencies.
• Proactive person, with initiative, high motivation and tenacity.
• Ability to consider different points of view, present recommendations effectively and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish (advanced level of English required).
