Who You Are
Were looking for a customercentric professional with
Proven experience in a similar customer support role.
Fluency in English and Spanish additional languages are a plus.
A proactive attitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
Techsavviness and adaptability in fastpaced environments.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
A degree in a tourismrelated field preferred.
A commitment to reliability, punctuality, and continuous learning.
What Youll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, youll guide travelers every step of their journey with Shuttle Central, delivering exceptional experiences and solving challenges with a customerfirst mindset. Your responsibilities include
Resolving traveler needs across multiple channels phone, email, chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Offering expert advice to international travelers, ensuring their journey is smooth and stressfree.
Maintaining company ratings and reviews within SLA standards.
Collaborating with the team to refine customer service practices and achieve KPIs.
Applying feedback to boost engagement and Net Promoter Score NPS.
Supporting users in navigating Shuttle Central technologies.
Meeting performance goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
